The Process: Engaged by developers seeking to market a 12-townhouse development to the luxury family market, we curated interiors in partnership with Coco Republic for staging and Green Features for lush greenery. Emphasising space versatility and premium finishes, our approach resulted in swift sales, showcasing the development’s potential.
We staged one home for a family, with children’s rooms, and another for a professional couple, featuring a home office and guest room. This demonstrated space flexibility and highlighted luxurious finishes and rooftop terraces. As these homes sold quickly, we extended our staging services to other townhouses, ensuring a rapid turnover and sale. This underscores the importance of understanding and delivering to your target audience.

Aisha has been an invaluable contributor to bringing our residential townhouse development to market. She helped stage and style the internals of 2 and 3 bedroom villas and also oversaw the selection and maintenance of plants and greenery in the villas and common area. The result was a quality end-product styled to suit our ideal purchaser. The styling was commented upon and admired by purchasers and helped generate sales. Aisha was regularly onsite and hands-on, ensuring the staging was perfect, including removing and re-establishing the staging between townhouses following sales. The project was impacted by COVID and Aisha worked hard to re-negotiate much needed extensions on supplier contracts.
