Now the fun begins. Our interior stylists come to you to chat through a fully realised concept for your space including layout options, mood boards, colours and imagery to allow you to really visualise what your space will look like. We refine the plans together to ensure you are 100% happy and then we are ready to bring the plans to life.
If all you need is a declutter, refresh and restyle, we can help you with this too. We’re all about minimal effort for maximum reward. Sometimes it just takes a bit of tweaking, moving key pieces around and removing the clutter so prospective buyers can see the potential of your home. We can fo this in 1/2 day or full day increments. We can discuss the project needs in our initial consult.
We work with seasoned and professional partners who streamline the process. We share the recommended pieces for each space and provide you with the look and feel. Once you are happy we will organise ordering, invoicing and delivery. You don’t need to lift a finger.
Once all of the pieces are delivered and installed, we will ensure that each space epitomises the lifestyle your buyer is searching for and effectively showcases the space and how it is intended to be used. This includes all the finishing touches to compliment the space and complete the transformation.
Once the property has sold, beyond guide price expectations of course, we arrange for the removal of all the staging. We can even arrange a deep clean to prepare the home for the next owners. We’re here to make the process as easy as possible for you.
Aisha has been an invaluable contributor to bringing our residential townhouse development to market. She helped stage and style the internals of 2 and 3 bedroom villas and also oversaw the selection and maintenance of plants and greenery in the villas and common area. The result was a quality end-product styled to suit our ideal purchaser. The styling was commented upon and admired by purchasers and helped generate sales. Aisha was regularly onsite and hands-on, ensuring the staging was perfect, including removing and re-establishing the staging between townhouses following sales. The project was impacted by COVID and Aisha worked hard to re-negotiate much needed extensions on supplier contracts. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aisha for her management and implementation of sales producing styling and design.
I collaborated with Aisha on the interior design and styling of a Victorian terraced house development in London. The project involved an extension, loft conversion and full refurb. As well as providing interior styling advice Aisha was involved in the architectural design and features I included in the initial house design. Aisha provided an overall brief and direction for the project with a mood board for each room. As the project developed there were changes along the way due to budgets etc. and Aisha was really helpful in dealing with my last-minute changes or any indecision I had. Given I developed the house at the start of covid when the market was unstable, it was even more critical that the house stood out in a crowded market. She suggested a more contemporary design, with accents that were mirrored throughout the house, keeping the palette neutral but with focal points in each room - which worked well for a property investment. Overall, I was thrilled with the result and this was reflected in the sale - the house sold within three weeks and achieved 75k profit which was great in a market that was under significant pressure.
