Introduction: Fulfilling my client’s dream of a stunning walk-in wardrobe tailored to her lifestyle was a challenge we embraced wholeheartedly. It was a dream of my client to have a gorgeous walk-in wardrobe that was tailored to her lifestyle and this was exactly the challenge we loved. Through collaborative brainstorming sessions, we delved into every aspect of her daily routine, from work attire to exercise gear, casual wear to party outfits. We had a brainstorming session taking through her work, exercise, casual and party outfits. What her Wishlist was for the space, did she want a vanity area, display all her beloved jewellery, bags and shoes. Did she want open plan, draws, hanging space, lighting. We meticulously curated her Wishlist, envisioning a space that seamlessly integrated functionality and luxury. 

We gathered all the key aspects of how she got ready and used the space and started sketching. We included glass draws for jewellery, bag display areas, a section for trousers, a vanity area with storage mirror for functionality and pull out shelving for shoes. Also, that day, we removed the doors from her current wardrobe and moved a few things around that instantly improved her mornings.

Navan Bespoke: With sketches finalised, we partnered with Navan Bespoke to bring our vision to life. Together, we explored material options, discussed timelines, and coordinated the necessary preparations to transform the space. Our Handy Irishman ensured the area was primed and ready, while our electrical team enhanced the ambiance with new fixtures and lighting. The result was a breathtaking transformation, showcasing exquisite craftsmanship and unparalleled quality.

Designing pieces for purpose: Beyond the wardrobe, our collaboration with Navan Bespoke allowed us to extend our design vision to other areas of the home. From crafting additional storage solutions to designing bespoke pieces like a stunning credenza for the bedroom and a vanity for the ensuite, every detail was meticulously planned to create a cohesive and harmonious environment.

Reflection: The transformation of highly-used spaces like wardrobes and dressing rooms can have a profound impact on our daily lives. For this busy professional mum, the joy of starting each day in her dream wardrobe is palpable. It’s a testament to the power of thoughtful design and the importance of investing in spaces that elevate our well-being and happiness.
