Sustainable Home Furnishings
Looking for some new furniture for the home? We recently moved to our new studio in Surry and have been searching for some new wonderful pieces to add to the space. I know it can get distracting with all the sales (especially with all the EOFY sales) but try to be more mindful with my choices, take the time and really try and find that piece that makes your heart sing. We can guarantee you’ll always walk away with something that’s that little more special and has a wonderful story too.
Heres a great article about interior designer Megan Norgate, from Brave New Eco, covering her sustainable approach to modern furnishing and her latest projects. Highly recommend this read, its insightful and inspiring for all homes.
“People are increasingly concerned out the resources they are using and the impacts of their lifestyle on the environment”
“…an emotional durability, if you will – and adds to the investment by giving it a nice story.”
(Excuse the bad images, talk about Saturday morning inspirations I’d say)
